Application to Purchase City Owned Property

Mr. Richard Trojan, dba Trojan and Son LLC has applied to the City of Craig to purchase city owned property Lot 9 located in the JT Brown Industrial Subdivision (130 JT Brown Drive), for the purpose of staging construction equipment and maintenance. Mr. Trojan currently operates his business on Lot 9 as a leaseholder.

Per Section 16.02.020 of the Craig Municipal Code, a public hearing on the ordinance authorizing the purchase will be held Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Craig city council chambers.
