Application by Mr. Robert Anderson to Purchase City Owned Land

Mr. Robert Anderson has applied to the City of Craig to purchase city owned property Lot 4, Block 28A, USS 1430 Craig Tidelands Addition located 202 8^th Street, for the purpose of constructing boat moorage and a dock for his upland property. Mr. Anderson in the owner of the uplands adjacent to this tideland property.

Mr. Anderson has proposed a sale or trade for equal value land located near the Fred Hamilton Sr. Floatplane Terminal parking.

Per Section 16.02.020 of the Craig Municipal Code, a public hearing on the ordinance authorizing the purchase will be held Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Craig city council chambers.
