Public Notice: Seeking Letters of Interest for Title 16 Review Committee

The City of Craig is looking for two community members to join a committee alongside City Council and Planning Commission members. This committee will review Craig Municipal Code Title 16 (Municipally Owned Land), which addresses city tidelands, leasing and selling city-owned lands, easements, use permits, resource removal permits, and other land use issues related to municipally owned lands.

The committee has been formed to review the current Title 16 and provide recommendations to the Craig City Council by December 31, 2024, regarding any changes or modifications to this section of the municipal code. Appointments will be made by the Mayor.

Please submit your letters of interest by November 6, 2024. Letters can be delivered to Craig City Hall or emailed to cityclerk@craigak.com.
