PC Resolution 619-23, Amendment to Title 18 Tiny Homes in Mobile Home Parks

Review and approval of proposed language that would redefine mobile home parks and mobile buildings to allow mobile homes not built on wheels and a chassis. Included language also identified a couple additions to Health and Safety Standards which would limit wannigan size and not permit mobile home stacking. The adoption of resolution 619-23 is a recommendation to the Craig City Council to adopt the language to amend Title 18.

Amendments to the Craig Municipal Code must be approved by Ordinance through the Criag City Council before the language becomes effective.
