Resolution 18-19 Authority to Participate in CDBG Grant

A resolution to authorize city staff to submit an application to the Community Development Block Grant program in the amount of $315,000 for the purpose of funding harbor Local Support Facilities design.  This resolution is an updated version of Resolution 18-17 to include authorized signatories by name, not just position.
