CDL Renewals UPDATE – Proof of Residence

Please be advised that upon CDL Renewal – Effective Monday, June 14, 2021, the Department of Motor Vehicles is requiring a piece of mail with the applicant's physical address on it to validate that the applicant is domiciled in Alaska, pursuant to 49 CFR 383.71.

This piece of mail may NOT be a Post Office Box or mail cache facility.
