Conditional Use Permit Applications

The following conditional use permits have been submitted.  A hearing will be held on October 27, 2022 at 7:00 in the City Council Chambers to hear public comments, if any.

1.  Doug Veit has applied to place a portion of the stair/landing structure within the 10' setback in a residential zone on Lot 23A, Windansea Subdivision Located at 1205 Sunnyside Drive.

2.  The Craig Tribal Association has applied to construct a senior center with eight units (12 bedrooms total) on a medium-density residential lot, located on 1701 Hamilton Drive.

3.  Jim Seley has applied to subdivide Tract 10, USS 2611 into three lots (light industrial/high density residentail).  The proposed lots will be split along the private road with the two smaller lots located on the eastern side with the RV court (proposed 33,333 and 10,036 sq. ft.) and a larger lot containing JS Store and accessory buildings to the west (proposed 71,700 sq. ft.)
