FAQ

How to access the Alaska Digital Library

When logging into the Alaska Digital Library through the website or a phone/tablet app, you will need your patron number and the pin. You can find your patron number on your library card under the bar code or request it from a librarian. If you do not know your patron number, contact the library.  The default pin is "0". When entering your library card number, you must first enter a "P" and omit any zeroes that begin the number.

For example:

  • Card number 0009 would be entered as P9;
  • Card number 0099 would be entered as P99;
  • Card number 0999 would be entered as P999;
  • Card number 9999 would be entered as P9999.
Can I get the Alaska Digital Library on my mobile device or tablet? (Libby)

What if it says my log in credentials are invalid?
